Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2019 Annual Meeting on December 10th at Lake Anne Community Center. As is tradition at the Annual Meeting, residents in attendance, residents who provided their ballots in advanced, or residents who provided a proxy vote on their behalf voted to elect the incoming candidates for the Board of Directors for the Hillcrest Cluster Association.

Longtime Hillcrest Cluster Resident, Bill Lawson was recently featured in the Fall/Winter 2019 issue of Around Reston Magazine. Hillcrest Happenings Newsletter – Spring 2019
With the return of warmer weather (and the sun!) many of us will be doing maintenance work on our homes in the coming months. Please remember to check the Cluster Standards for your section of the neighborhood before doing any work on the exterior of your property. The standards can be found on the Cluster website at https://www.hillcrest-cluster.com/cluster-standards/. If you are unsure which section of the Cluster your property is in, there also is a map on this part of the website to help you figure that out. Finally, if you have any doubt about whether you need to get approval for making any changes to the exterior of your property, please contact the Board by sending your query to info@hillcrest-cluster.com.
Cluster Survey
In Summer 2018, the HCA Board conducted a brief community survey. Hard copies were delivered to each home in the neighborhood, a link was provided to the Cluster email distribution list, and 8 copies were mailed via USPS to absentee owners for whom we do not have email addresses.
